Soak seaweed in water for 30 minutes, rinse and cut into bite size.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">2. Wash mushrooms.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. In a pot, put seaweed, mushrooms, garlic and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">4. Simmer for one hour.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">5. Add seasoning and ready to serve.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Adventure:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Add a pinch of pepper and chilli powder (gojugaru) for a stronger taste.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Seaweed soup is highly nutritious.
